
Ginger joined Benefits Functional Fiduciaries, Inc. (or BFF®) to add her valuable HR insight and 20+ years of HR experience to enable us to better serve the administrative needs of your 401(k) plan and other employee benefits. Additionally, she will lead our team in delivering outsourced HR Risk Management solutions.
In her current role as Managing Director, HR Risk Management, Ginger not only helps our Benefit Administration Team(s), but she can assist business owners in their efforts to develop practices for your workplace that enhance employee satisfaction and company performance, limit legal exposure, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Ginger is a respected HR Executive with 20+ years’ experience leading HR operations for high-growth organizations both large and small. She has well-developed skills in business operations, people-needs analysis and talent acquisition & management. She also has an extensive understanding of employment laws and HR industry best practices. Ginger has developed and implemented strategic plans, rebuilt HR organizations with client and strategic culture focus, managed company audits, and implemented healthcare and benefit programs.
Prior to joining BFF®, she was the Vice President of Talent at Entertainment Partners, the industry leader in providing payroll, workforce management and employee benefit solutions to the entertainment industry. In this role she supported 1,100+ corporate employees.
Ginger holds a master’s degree from Claremont Graduate University with a concentration in Strategy and Leadership. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Industrial Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is also a member of SHRM and holds an SPHR certification. Ginger currently sits on the Executive Education Advisory Board for USC, Marshall School of Business.
