
Sheri A. Creger, RF™, CPFA®, is currently serving as the Founder and President of Benefits Functional Fiduciaries, Inc. (or BFF®) which is a specialized Third-Party Administrator (TPA) primarily offering ERISA 3(16) Fiduciary Administration Services to 401k retirement plans. Sheri and her team at BFF® are also providing business owners with Group Insurance and other Employee Benefits Administration Services as well as additional Human Resource solutions.
At TFRG we look to partner with BFF® and other third-party firms to help meet the employee benefit and human resource needs of our business owner and professional clients.
Prior to founding BFF®, Sheri was employed at BFF Financial, Inc. from June 2004 to December 2016 as BFF Financial’s Operations Manager and our Employee Benefits & Group Insurance Specialist. Prior to joining BFF Financial, Sheri had nine years of previous financial services experience with First Entertainment Credit Union. At First Entertainment she held various roles including Compliance Officer, Projects Manager, Director of Human Resources and finally Director of Real Estate Lending.
After taking the helm and under Sheri’s lead, the First Entertainment Real Estate Lending department grew from $3-4 million in monthly loans funded to over $12-15 million per month (in just her first four months.) These incredible productivity jumps were primarily due to administrative improvements and increased loan processing efficiency including better systemization of the department that was initiated by Sheri as soon as she “took office.”
Sheri graduated from Woodbury University in 1997 with a BS in Finance. Sheri is the wife of Brad Creger and the mother of their two beautiful children, Alexandra & Nicholas.
