Montana Creger

Montana serves as Director of Plan Administration & Operations for BFF Plan Services, Inc., where she helps oversee the day-to-day administration and operational support of 401(k) plans served by the firm. In this role, she assists with plan administration workflows, client service coordination, document follow-up, and operational execution to help ensure that plan-related matters are handled in an organized and responsive manner.

Montana has approximately five years of experience working in the financial services industry across two periods with Brad and the BFF organization. She previously served as an administrative and executive assistant for BFF Financial from approximately 2009 to 2013, and rejoined the firm in June 2025 as expanded digital communication and remote collaboration made it easier to support clients and plan operations across state lines.

Montana is licensed in life and health insurance and is also a licensed notary, allowing her to assist with important document signings and client service needs. Her professional background also includes formal training in culinary arts and cosmetology. She is a proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, where she earned her Associate of Occupational Studies degree with honors, and she holds a cosmetology diploma from The Beauty Institute.

Based in Boise, Idaho, Montana is a devoted mother to her son, Maverick, and daughter, Brooklynn. She is also active in her local community, having served as Head Coach for South Boise Little League for the past five years, participated in the PTA at Maverick’s school, and supported her son’s Boy Scouts Wolf Den troop whenever needed.

Outside of work, Montana enjoys Idaho’s outdoors and active lifestyle, including big game hunting, snowmobiling, riding dirt bikes, shooting pool, bowling, and spending time in the kitchen cooking and baking for family and friends.
